The so many times overheard Sony’s PSP phone might arrive this year, with a device destined to compete directly with Apple’s Ipad. The reasons are all understood: iPhone is taking the place of portable consoles in the market in an alarming way, and the e-book market and the leisure consumption at home has the iPad –also from Apple- among their favorite devices for the nearest future.

Therefore, we are not surprise by Sony’s choice of taking a further step to offer the consumers what they seem to demand. And the first thing might be the PSP Phone. But…couldn’t Sony just improve their phones with Ericsson and equip them with access to their online games? No. Here the company is very important, and PSP could mean the difference between just another phone and THE phone
